Build 6 Available
The next major build milestone of Xyster is here! Several feature requests have been implemented as well as new incubator packages, namely the Database Gateway (a schema/DDL abstraction layer). Also, notable additions to the ORM layer include validation, lookup plugins, and audit trails.
You can download it from SVN or get the 7z archive from http://xyster.devweblog.org/download.
Build 5 Available
Here it is, campers; Build 5 has some added features to Xyster_Container and a little internal refactoring of Xyster_Data. Also find some additional documentation and a few other odds and ends.
You can download it from SVN or get the 7z archive from http://xyster.devweblog.org/download.
Please note that this version of Xyster requires version 1.5 of the Zend Framework which has not yet been released. If you'd like to try out Build 4 of Xyster, make sure you get the latest Zend Framework snapshot.
Build 4 Available
After a two-month hiatus (mostly thanks to the holiday season), Xyster is back and better than ever! Build 4 mainly centers around the addition of Xyster_Container to the incubator, a port-in-spirit of PicoContainer, a popular Java dependency injection library. There are also a few bugfixes and feature additions.
You can download it from SVN or get the 7z archive from http://xyster.devweblog.org/download.
Build 3 Available
Xyster's third build is now available for your immediate (ab)use. A few bugixes and feature requests in the ORM layer have been implemented and the MVC plugins for access control and authentication are much more useful.
You can download it from SVN or get the 7z archive from http://xyster.devweblog.org/download
